Quality of construction in Lodha luxuria?

Q: Hi everyone, I own a flat in lodha luxuria (westgate B). I want to know the quality of construction and other things in luxuria. Many thanks for help.

    Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges
