your are right praveen 7700 plus add the floor rise...plus plus
also delivery is 2013. phase 2 is LBS highway road facing the magnet mall or tower c looking into phase 2 with the club house which is not as good as phase one.

phase 1 is nearing completion, has more privacy and greenery because its a little inside with views of only the land scape gardens etc. Phase 1 wins hands down....place ur bets...I have.

Builder is selling at 7700 psf in Phase 2, which is very very reasonable. The market rate for Phase I is 10000 psf.
