Q:I have booked a flat in skicity, which is built by skicon infrastructure pvt. ltd. this is a composite SRA building. it consists of 22 floors. I have booked flat in 2009 and almost paid 85 percent of the amount. till 11 floors the flats are occupied by SRA residence. above that there are private flats which have still not been constructed. builder is just taking his own time. He has already taken money from people who have booked flat from 12th floor and above and keeping quite. Can any body help me to know the status of the builder and also the building.

Q:parking of the 2nd cars in vacant parking lotcan the society bar entry to the second car though there are ample vacant parking slots which have not been allocated.Should the MC not give details of such slots hich have not been allocated as yet.

A developer cannot sell the car park to a person who purchases a flat from him, he can allot the same on a first come first served basis without charging any money from him. The housing society is allowed to frame its own parking rules. If any slots remain vacant for want of applicants, which is sometimes the case for open parking, a second parking space may be allotted to interested members. Allotment of Parking space is a "Administrative function" and the MC as well as General Body are empowered to allot the parking space to its own Registered members.

Latest Answer: Really, how much....basically one of my friends also booked around same time and I was interested too but looking at the progress in 5yrs it looks like junk investment....will ask my friend to get in touch....I think u guys should look at refund instead of waiting more and let other prices increase...better late than never....basically being small builder I personally don't think they have muscle and financial power to handle SRA project....
