poor response

Q: i m surprise to know that after passing one year, still no progress has been seen on the defined area.
i ve been booked C2-204, 1750 sqft , flat one year back. as per initial promise made by you, project is running far far behind the schedule, causing a capital loss to me.
being a branded firm like u, such a sluggish response is highly objectionable.
pl update me the latest concrete staus or else, i ve to opt other project like ammarpali, Jp etc.
