Hey Sishir,

You know construction work is almost finish. Super structure has been completed. As per sources, finishing work is currently going on. Well , it is true that now most of the units are sold out, so may be there are chances you can get in top floor unit as fresh , other wise resale unit is available.

Hi Guys,
This is a fully approved project from Noida Development Authority. Banks approving loan are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank IDBI Bank , Axis Bank Corporation Bank & DHFL. As per me, this project was launched in year 2013, that time the launching price was approx.3000/sq-ft, current price is nearly 4500/sq-ft. So capital appreciation is very good in this sector as well as in this project.

Well Sishir, this sector 75 is a prime hub for investment as well as end use. This project is located in front of Sector 50, which is a fully developed nice location in Noida. From this project , existing metro is around 2.5km & proposed metro is in walkable distance. So from connectivity point of view, this sector is well connected to other parts of the city. Fortis hospital is around 3km from this project. DND Flyway is approx 15-20min away from this project.

So these are the key factors of this sector & project. This is why I said this project is a nice deal.

Here you will get fully equipped club house, Multipurpose hall, Sports facilty, Kids play area, Swimming pool, Large open space, Cafeteria, Gym, Park, 24Hrs power backup, 24 Hrs security, Intercom, Rain water harvesting, Wifi connectivity , lift and car-parking.

I heard that builder had planned for Golf course, but due to approval issue builder was unable to make it. So now it is a normal open space.

As per my knowledge, Gardenia Golf City is one of the popular residential development by well known builder Gardenia Group . This project is located in Sector 75, Noida. This is a prime residential sector with decent environment. This project offers 2BHK, 3BHK & 4BHK apartment, area ranging from 950sq-ft to 2250 sq-ft. Builder quoted price is around 4500/-(all inclusive). Expected possession of this project is around 2016 August.

In my opinion if you want to invest , then this is a posh location & here you can get handsome figure as investment return. According to me, in this sector , 2BHK rent will be around 15000/per-month & 3BHK rent is around 30000/per-month. Definitely this is a nice place & a nice deal for investment .

Guys, I think really it is a good opportunity for investment. Project is surrounded by schools, hospitals banks & shopping malls. Connectivity & transportation is not an issue here. Within 4km radius , you will find bus stand & metro too. It is a very suitable location for investors and end users. Here rent is good, with in 2years 1500/sq-ft increased, so capital appreciation is also good. So my opinion, it will be a nice deal to invest on this project .
