PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT

Q: AS I DEPOSITED THE INITIAL AMOUNT ALMOST 3-4 MONTH BACK BUT NOTHING HAS CHANGE SINCE THAN IS THIS PROJECT IS SHAPING UP OR NOT

Right, one should join the Group LaResidentia@googlegroup.com This group is created by the Owners of the flat in Amrapali La residentia and buyers are actively participating in this forum and taking action against the builder if require. They have build a kind of association on this group.

I found many clauses in agreement letter not in favor of the buyers......

1. The project has not been aprooved by any of the banks and they are getting the agreement letter signed by the customers, in case one signs the agreement letter he will be bound to pay them 30% of the amount within next 40 days.....what will happen if their project does not get aprooved by any of the bank in the next 40 days time also ??

2. The payment schedule mentions that the customers will have to pay the 30% amount in 40 days from the booking date while the agreement to the builder starts from the date of signing of the agreement letter by the buyer which is 2 years +/- 6 months...i.e. 3 years effectively......but here is the twist..in case builder does not complete the project in 3 years time.......one can not go to court asking for the compensation of Rs.5/sq ft. because any buyer would pay 30% after signing the agreement which according to agreement should have been paid with 40 days from booking.
