Dear Sir, I advice you not to invest in any of the project of Amrapali. They are the biggest fraud. They will take your money and will not give you what you have paid for. I strongly advice not to go for Amrapali projects. If you want to know more. Search what happened in Amrapali Hanging Garden Project and Amrapali Heartbeat City. Ask them what they promised and what they gave. Ask them if you have refunded the money they have taken in 2010 to the people who invested in Hanging Garden Project which they launched in 2010. What is the status of that project. They will not reply you. I am sure.

Hi, banks like Axis, LIC, DHFL and HDFC have approved the project. You can take home loan from there. And about investment or end use,,, looking at the economy, go ahead with end use.. that will give you better returns...

hmmm, they have 2,3,4 bhk with a sq ft area that ranges between 880 sq ft to 2068 sq ft...They have quoted the price at Rs 60- Rs65 lac for bhk...

Hi, in actual terms, Amrapali's projects are very slow right now. But this project of Amrapali is going in a great speed. The location of the project is superb , as in from metro station it is just 8 km , also FNG is coming up and Pari Chowk is also very close. Hence the location of the project is very good and project will be delivered in 2015 end....
