Query on Sterling Shalom

Q: I am looking to buy a 2BHK apartment from the owner in A-Block of Sterling Shalom Phase 1, but I had some questions in mind on this apartment.

As of now, in February 2011, do you know about any current issues, particularly:

1. Is there any litigation or any other issues with Sterling Shalom or the surrounding area?
2. Do you have any information about the construction of the boundary wall and entrance gate?
3. Are there any ongoing issues like leakage, security and maintenance?
4. Is there full power back-up, water and amenities like clubhouse etc available?

5. Any other issues that a potential buyer should be aware of?
