Regarding the sale deed terms

Q: As I see in another thread,I noticed that the sale deed says the following :

1 Haven’t mentioned anything about the amenities list promised. This is mentioned as Annexure 1 but Annexure 1 is not specified anywhere in Club Membership/Maintenance (11 and 12 of the sale deed) 2 Date of completion of infrastructure and amenities is not specified anywhere and the penalty clause if this is extended beyond the completion date is not specified. 3 Its specified we have to pay maintenance charges from the possession of Schedule B plot. This should have more clarity where it should be specified as :-once the common amenities are transferred and mist valley owners association is formed. 4 Compound wall and fencing is not mentioned anywhere in the sale deed. 5 Who owns the Infrastructure and Common area:- if it is owned by Mist valley owners association.. there is nothing mentioned as undivided share of these infrastructure, common area and amenities. 6 Legal rights of the infrastructure and a
