Hi, I am planning to buy an apartment in one of the project of CMRS group. Parimala-ivory is one of the completed project of the same builder. Just want to know how is the construction of the builder or any of you face any issues till date

We recently came across the above stated blog created by Mr Vinodh. We tried contacting Mr Vinodh to understand his issues but he is not responding. We also replied on his blog but Mr. Vinodh is deleting it repeatedly.

yes it is scary.they are delaying the possession like anything and paying rs.8000 as rent for every delayed month when the market value is rs.20000. should be careful with CMRS guys :(

Hi,
I am on the look-out for flats in AECS and i stumbled upon this. How is the experience with the builder (his accessibility). I mean the clean-titles & punctuality & building quality .. Can u comment on this !! Did some of you guys move past the agreement stage..is there any possibility of the builder helping out with the getting of the loan !!

Mr Ranjith,
Which project of CMRS are you looking for? We have just booked a flat in Parimala Ivory in AECS layout. We checked out other projects built by the same builder, like periwinkle in AECS layout, they seemed to be fine. Till now the experience have been fine.

Thank u Mr. Sachin. We have already booked a 3 BHK in Parimala Ivory. Are you still thinking of booking in the same. Very few apartments (only 2 bhks)are left. Soon i'll be creating a yahoo group for the flat owners of Parimala Ivory.

Hi ankita, Actually started enquiring again on parimala Ivory flats. I happened to see the nearby periwinkle and also visited a flat and the finish was good. Even the bathroom fittings were of Jaguar and parry ware and the flooring was also good. Thought this information might help you.

Hi Mr. Sachin,

I am not sure whether this Parimala Elan is of the same builder. But we checked a completed project, Periwinkle, by CMRS builder who is constructing Parimala Ivory. This flat is decently built up with basic amenities. So we have decided to go for Parimala Ivory. Please let me know if you have any information regarding this.
