Dear all,
This is a reminder, take it seriously, still following are the pending works in the said apartment (Monish Park) which is grievous.

1. No Backup power has been installed. Provide us the date of installation.
2. Clear all the construction materials lying in the parking which is of imminent danger to residents. The stone slabs still lying to be removed which is obstructing for the vehicle movement.
3. cauvery water to be mixed with regular well water to reduce/minimize the hardness at O.H. tank by providing a connection between cauvery pipeline to regular water tank
4. The apartment still under completion, Condition inhabitable.
5. The Electrical posts to be shifted which is obstruction and unsafe for vehicle movements at both the gates.
6. This Monish park apartment is exclusively for the families. No one is allowed to conve

Hi,

I am planning to buy an apartment in Monish Park. Request your feedback on the construction and stuff. Also how reliable is the builder. They are quoting 60L for 3 BHK. Whats the current per sqft rate for that apartment ? Your help is much appreciated.
