Aditya Urban Casa will not give possession before 42 month after agreement.

Q: Investor Clinic and Aditya Urban Casa both are making fool because before booking they are saying that project will be complete in 24 to 30 month but after booking when you will go for agreement then you will find that in agreement they mention 42 months for completetion of project after agreement. So please carefull about this.

one of my room mate booked a flat there in Aditya Urban Casa 10 months back but now they said, we will give flat in 42 months. A bad lady is owner of this so avoid this builder to make fool yourself.
