Hi, Builder can deliver possession of flat to flat owners only after OC is received from Noida Authority. Once you have taken possession of flat builder will charge maintenance. Builder cannot compel you to pay day to day expenses until completion certificate has issued and society has formed. You should dispute your liability to pay maintenance as no OC is issued and common amenities promised have not been provided for.
The builder gave possession to 900 families in 1,500 flats built in the first phase of Antriksh Golf View, but has not obtained occupancy certificate (OC) and is supplying dirty groundwater for drinking. Yes, i am agreed with Saran. Hundreds of flats buyers are still waiting for their flat possesion. And those who have got their flat possession facing several issues such as society maintenance is worst. Their staff behaves like govt service employees. They do not bother to act on complaints until you have made several rounds at their office. Construction quality is the worst, cement used is of very poor quality. You can see cracks forming in the walls, kitchen tiles, balcony areas. seepage has crept in and wooden flooring is coming off.
