Information about Durga rainbow and DUrga builders

Q: Hi, we have reecntly booked a 3 bhk in durga rainbow and wanted to get reviews from other people who have also booked in this project. Is there a common group where people discuss there experience regarding this builder? will appreciate any kind of information.

I purchased this property in 2010 and it was ok till 2011 end, but suddenly builder is showing its color in each and every dealing.
To be honest, its not worth to deal with and its hunger for money in unwanted form is very annoying. The builder is rude and does not want to listen anybody's view.
Common builder, you are growing builder and if you want to grow further, please clean up your dealings.

I am currently having my flat getting ready by Durga Projects and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd , under project Durga Rainbow Bangalore.
It has become a nightmare dealing with this monster.
To cite some of the examples:
1. During sales cycle it was told that there would be approximately 2 months gap between two demands, but later on we got demand on very short notices also.
2. Builder surprised us on New Year by raising interest demand, ironically from last 1.5 yrs+ he never asked for interest.
3. Service tax in mid and betterment charges were totally surprise which never was during sales cycle.
4. Staff at site is good for nothing.
5. Most important - non adherence to the model flat which was shown at the time of sale.

I am also looking to book the flat. Request if any one can tell me the approx per Sft cost paid to the builder, so that I can bargain for a good deal
