Yes, letters have been issued for A, B and C. One can ask property manager to get the misc. tasks done before paying the final maintenance cheque. Once these tasks are finished, one can pay the cheque and take the possession with keys. Whether you want to stay immediately with or without the "completion certificate" is irrespective of possession. The problem if at all arises if you stay there and PMC guys come for a check-up. Guess there's a fine attached. Rohan builders are recommending "don't stay". However, it's been nearly 20 days after taking the possession that the completion certificate is not received and I don;t expect it to come so soon. Rohan builder's had mentioned it to come within 8-10 days. So one has to take a call to wait forever for partial-completion certificate which is enough to move in or just move-in.

I received the letter asking me to take possession "interior work" can be started. Letter also says that they have received NOT completion certificate from PMC. I plan not to take posession till the PMC completion certificate is issued.
