What it the progress of Skypers phase 2

Q: I have booked 2 BHK flat in Devika Skypers 1 year ago in Skupers phase 2 and do not see any progress in the project. They have changed the flat size thrice and no one contacts me from the company for anything. When I call them I do not get satisfactory response. Getting response over email is distant dream here.

Can anyone help me and give me exact status of the project.
