Future Owner seeking Feed back from current owners in B and A Block

Q: Hi I am planning to buy a flat on the under construction C bloack of HSR trinity. Can you please give me your feedback about the place-legality (ownership?)- Parking area flooding-Maintainance of apartment(lifts,sanitation,etc)- water availability (cauvery/corporation water??)-power back up-smelly neighboring properties-mosquitoes due to nearby lake,etc
