Q: Hi All,
I am planning to buy a resale flat in A block of the project. It is in 1st floor. Please let me know any feedback for the same in terms of location, area, association etc.

Hi,
I am purchasing a resale flat in A block of the of the complex. It's in GB Palya near Robert Bosch, Hosur Road, Bangalore.I shall be the second owner. The flat is 4 years old. Current owner is asking for 40 lac+reg. Please suggest if this is feasible.

HSR Trinity is a completed project by Jai Bhuvan Builders Pvt Ltd. They are Goa based developers and till date they have completed two projects, one in Bangalore and one is Goa. Jai Bhuvan Builders is having 6 projects which are into different level of construction in Goa. So before booking cross check all the documents and if possible try to talk with the people residing there.

Bommanahalli is a suburb of the Bangalore city. It is adjacent to Hosur Road and NH 7. It is 11km from MG Road and is very near to Electronic City. Bommanahalli is a very excellent locality and it is well connected with expressway also adds convenience.
