Any open issues in jaipuria Sunrise Green Socity

Q: Hi,
I am a buyer interested in buying a 3BHK in Jaipuria Sunrise Greens i want to inquire about the following
1. Leakage and Seepage
2. Possession issues.
3. Power back-up in society and in Lifts
4. Both lifts are operational?

The problems are being solved slowly. Some minor seepage issues are there. Jaipuria Sunrise has best park, fastest lifts, airy rooms and best location. Seepage issues are being resolved and very soon IGL gas is being provided and the painting is going to start soon.

Genuine Suggestion : Please don't buy flat in Jaipuria Sunrise Greens...it will be sheer wastage of your hard earned money, there are N number of issues and politics in the society....Lifts never work, are very risky....you will end up paying highly inflated electricity bills...and construction quality is so poor that you will be forced to sell it at a loss after 5-10 years

Everything is fine wrt leakage & seapage, possession issues, power backup. And, yes both the lifts are operational now. I have couple of flats available with me in jaipuria, contact me @ 9818332710 for details.
