Construction has been stopped and people who been in contact from Sarvottam Shree know nothing about the project, every person who ever picks the phone giving different status.
Biggest mistake I have in making investment in Sarvottam Shree.

I have been calling focal listed on Rera site for Sarvottam Shree's update, but nothing has come up authentic yet, with recent discussion meeting was suppose to be held on 7th Oct'17 on further extension of floors above 17th, not sure of an update of it.....!!

Sure, sent you SMS , Please add in whatsapp group. looks like this is a worst builder and Owners who invested in his project are struggling , as they stopped the work from last 2 years. Why you are not complaining to Mr yogi -CM , Rera - President. request to all the Sarvottam owners to send SMS on the above number so that one can also connect to whatsapp group as Mr Rajesh suggests to take legal actions.

Hi all,
Almost all the projects of this builder is getting delayed by 2-3 years. Those who have paid 80 per cent of the flat cost in Sarvottam Pride are still waiting for their flat possession.
I think you should immediate take the legal steps against the builder and ask for the possession with interest on delay.

That's correct .... did you booked in Sarvottam pride? May i know some details like what was the possession date promised and now whats is the status? Work is happening or not in PRIDE ... in sarvottam shree its almost 2 years & work is stopped.
Did the owners of PRIDE took some legal action & if yes could you please share the lawyer details.

Could you both share your number so that it can be added in whatsapp group of sarvottam owners, there are multiple groups like BEL, NTPC , TCS , Where are they. if one will work in silos , it will not give you enough result and you will not get your flat in next 4-5 years. Leave it sir .... work is stopped after 15th floor from last 2 years.... everytime i call ... your concerbed person Mr. Amit says Approval is still pending .... I am not sure why its taking 2 YEARS (mind it - 2 YEARS) for taking approval...

Yes, Builder is facing fund issue from long time. I can't see any progress past 1 year on site. I think we all should take legal action in group. Form a Whatsapp Group and share each others number and file a suit in the consumer court.
