Sick Pruksa

Q: Keep away from Pruksa. They are worse than indian builders.

they are giving open uitlity. Can you imagine. And furthur they will not let us cover the utility.

Flooring or kitchen tiles we cannot change. But if we really want to change then we need to wait for them to give us the handover. Then we should dig up the floor. This is what the Pruksa folks say.

They will not give you a roof of conrete over your heads, but made of gypsum wood.

They are super rude. There are lot of deviations in the plan and they are changing now.

We are going to withdraw from this project.

@Ani,If I am not wrong now people have started covering the utility space, isnt that right?
@ Verma, I know many Indian builders who are also following MIVAN technology.

Pruksa is using die based MIVAN technology for its project construction and this is widely used outside india; so kind of new here. The houses are fully constructed as per the vaastu rules and ther should be no change required but if small changes are required, this can be done later. this project is value for money and this is the reason the project starts from 42l.
