Lodha luxuria Possession

Q: Hi,
I am an owner of Lodha Luxuria flat in fair field and I understand that work has come to a stand still. There is no explanation from the builder. can we get together and ask the builder what's going on?

    Hi, i have a flat in Westgate B. After endless delays they are now giving the flats for fit outs. before that they have asked me to pay all the society charges and common area maintainance charges which i am ready to pay. but in my agreement they have mentioned the maintainance charges at rs 4.75/sq ft and now they are asking me to pay @ rs 6.50/sq ft. Have other members of this building paid these charges
