Issues with the Project

Q: I had read very Bad reviews about the project on other webites, like the connectivity is not good, the society is not well maintained and stuff like this. If i ask anyone they tell me not to buy any proeprty in that society. why is this so? And I have talked to some agents there. they say that there are lots of flats available there, if it so good then why is the society not sold out. I am looking forward to buy a house there. Please guide.

Wasim, I also a resident owner in this society and will never suggest you to buy any flat in Sanskruti
First of all builder will do all false promises and will never provide you any facility though society is under process of handover so dont trust on builder's words
They are big cheats, neither interior nor exterior of this society is upto the mark all fitting are pathetic and can broke anytime. Even material used is all not good specially dont purchase any property in phase II its horrible and below level.

I 2 had a very bad experience and feel that the sales person and broker are playing game for the brokrage. When you select a flat and ready to negotiate then will tell you that the flat is sold out and immediately you will receive a call from Broker who is residing in the same society and will negotiate with you. BE AWARE.

About society: I too feel that the society is not properly maintained and most of the flats are vacant. Internal finishing is also not good. Sanitary wear is also not good fitted. Door wall alignment is also not proper it's and few more...

well, as far society layout and apartments are concerned, it is still best in the area. another 2nd suggestions i may suggest are eisha empire or dreams akruti only..

if water ur ur main criteria, u should check simplicity

Wasim, society is good, water is common problem here, we get 20-25 tankers daily.

Society is well maintained by builder. But in phase 2 most of common amenities like gas pipeline are not yet provided. Tennis court is not completed and phase 2 finishing and touch up are still not up to mark.

Builder has promised to get all rectified. But builder is pushing for society handover. You should see properly and inquire builder about all these facts and then only book and please bargain negotiate for best price, there is always a scope
