Latest Answer: There was some misunderstanding between me and builder. Swimming pool was working perfectly when builder handed over, same was case with all amenities, but committe never maintained it for whatsoever reasons. They were using even Borewells as well and waste management was proper. We need a properly elected committe for people, who runs with help, guidance and support from owners, not just dictate
Q:The rules and regulation circulated by the management committee of Gini Sanskruti society is truly in sense to maintain discipline among the owners and tenants but with one clause. the residents of our society has been issued with vehicle pass for ease of entry and exit for security reason. at the same time it is stated that all the vehicles need to be registered at the entrance after 11 PM irrespective of having vehicle pass.
it is contradicting one to other. if the vehicle pass is issued for identification then there is no need to register the vehicular to register his/her entry at any given time.
it is imperative to register all the vehicles who does not have society pass.
rather it is the responsibility of the watch man to make a note /register the vehicle no. and entry/exit time at the main gate, not the owner.
it a harassment to the owner who are entering in their own society as a outsider. If this rule have some specific reason pl let me know.

Latest Answer: I agree to that completely, purpose is just to keep track of vehicles entering society, Request Chairman and Society to direct the guards to make note, but don't harass society residents by stopping vehicle late night and make entry.
I haven't seen this practice in any society. Rather, he can just pause the vehicle and write down the vehicle no. and if required can ask for house no.
Q:When you visit Sanskruti and if you show ur interest 2 buy a flat. They will tell you that the flat is sold out and within couple of hours you will receive a call from a Broker about the same flat for sale and now the broker who resides in the same society will negotiate and ask you for broker charges as well....SO BE AWARE IF YOU VISIT TO SANSKRUTI. It means that the sales person are broker are playing a game in between for the brokarage.
About Flats: Poor finishing and sanitary wear fittings. Door alignments are not proper. Door's quality isn't good. Handle on the doors are not good quality.
Q:I had read very Bad reviews about the project on other webites, like the connectivity is not good, the society is not well maintained and stuff like this. If i ask anyone they tell me not to buy any proeprty in that society. why is this so? And I have talked to some agents there. they say that there are lots of flats available there, if it so good then why is the society not sold out. I am looking forward to buy a house there. Please guide.
Latest Answer: Wasim, I also a resident owner in this society and will never suggest you to buy any flat in Sanskruti
First of all builder will do all false promises and will never provide you any facility though society is under process of handover so dont trust on builder's words
They are big cheats, neither interior nor exterior of this society is upto the mark all fitting are pathetic and can broke anytime. Even material used is all not good specially dont purchase any property in phase II its horrible and below level.

Latest Answer: Hi, The society is good and you can always visit for more details. There are few basic issues which will be more or less there in any society.
You can try negotiation with builder.
