Q: Recently I had a pooja in Mohan Srishti (Kalyan-E). Due to heavy Breeze the Bedroom door/knob got shut and I got stuck inside the B/R. I was unable to open the door. Since I was having Cell, I managed to get some help and luckily one Carptenter from upperstairs came and breakopen the lock/door knob.When I told this incident to the Builder office, they gave me very evasive reply. Instead of looking into my problem, they said they will put quality materials in their forthcoming new projects.I hv paid the amount outof my hard-earned money and after taking loan. Instead of consoling me and giving support, I was given very sarcastic replies.
I asked whether the knob can be replaced with new one since only one day the room was used. Request you to kindly help in this matter atleast the builder representative can be polite in replying.
