I AM HAVING 2 Flats In a Building Name As Ostwal Ornate In Bhayander East .
I came to Know that This bulding is Not having OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE.
I files RTI IN MBMC and Came To Know that 90% of The Projects devloped Buy Ostwal Bulders have No OCCUPANCY CERTIFICATE .
BY FILLING LETTER UNDER RTI IE RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT I CAME TO KNOW THAT MOE THANE 30 casaes are running on OSTWAL BUILDERS OWNER IE UMROAO SINGH OSTWAL AND KULDEEP OSTWAL ANY BODY REQUIRES IT CALL ME on 9320412042

This is the worst builder I ever seen in my life, I would suggest investor please don't buy properly from this builder even if he willing to gift you, in case you are willing to buy 1st come and visit Ostwald Orchid bldg no.8 Beverley Park Mira Road. You can also reach me on 9833765664
