Hello Ramesk,
Yes, JP North Atria, Mira Road, Mumbai is a RERA approved project and its Registration number is P51700004117. As far as local body approval is concerned, MIRA Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it.

Yes, i think all the Govt. initiatives have been applied already such as RERA, GST, REITs, and Affordable Housing. But the still price of the property is constant. There is a small decrease in price.
As far as JP North is concerned, it is offering 1 and 2 bhk residential flat. Sizes are available from 348-356 sqft in 1 BHK and from 453-461 sqft in 2 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.14250 per sqft. and possession date will be December 2020. This project is spread over 0.45 acres of land consisting 349 units in a single building.
