Has the local body approved this project which all financial institutions are funding this project? When are they going to hand over the project?

Project got all the required approval from Noida Development Authority and almost all the leading financial institutions are offering housing loan for this project.

I have a discussion with their sale executive and they told me that the possession date will be June'2015.
