Legal Action Against Parsvnath

Q: Dear All,

I think we shall start joint legal action against the builder for refund of our amount with interest.
I am planning to send legal notice followed by filing case.
I think that it will be better that all the owners form a action group and start action against the builder.

I would like to take legal action against the builder too. Can you please mail me at smiles1412@gmail.com and we can discuss it further. I am also in touch with a couple of other owners. More people would mean a stronger case.
