Well, Yogesh Parsvnath Palacia is a UPRERA approved project and its RERA Registration number for Phase-1 is UPRERAPRJ6091 and for Phase-2 UPRERAPRJ6095. As far as local body and financial institutions are concerned, GNIDA has approved it and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project.
