Hi i have booked my flat in queens town, agreement and all payment has made however builder is asking additional payment for the delay, he is charging interest from date of booking, it should be after agreement.. pls suggest how to deal/ anybody is facing same problem with MSR queens town? Thanks Rajendra
Hi Rajendra,
We are planning to go to the builder together.. currently we are 8-9 flat owners but we can search for some more... Can you please ask in your organization's forum if anybody has purchased flat in Queens Town?
We can do it.....we do not know how many flats are booked and sold out....its difficult to create a database of all the registered owners untill they voluntarily register an a site such as this. Moreover all the owners should form an association and list down all the problems and lodge one formal complaint with the builder and then proceed further.the association should cease as soon as and when the society is formed.
yes....i am in pune...I had visited the site on sunday ...Mr Sanjay told me that he would deliver by end of july 2011..but i dont think so its gonna happen....they are just making a fool of us.
Hi Rajendra, My flat is in E building. However, my Uncle has booked in building F 5th floor. He is also waiting for the Registration Date. If I hear any update from him, I will surey communicate it to you. So are you out of India now? Yes, it is very good to be in touch with future neighbor. :-)
Hi All,
For people who have booked in F,G,H,I wings, just wanted to know any date that has been communicated for "Registration" of flats.
I have booked in F wing in Oct 2010, and there has been no firm communication on the registration date. The sales person has been saying that it will happen next month since Nov 2010.
Recently I asked Mr. Ram from MSR whether any registration will happen in next 3 months {July- Sept}. He informed that registration date is not yet confirmed and you can go outstation without any issues.
Nov 2010 - July 2011 (9 months) is a long time when you have paid your own contribution without any registration of the flat.
It is good to know that people are using CommonFloor to communicate among residents (would be neighbors :) .
Thanks,
Rajendra
