Does Chinchwad comes under PCMC or PMC? What about Navkar Annex?

I want to purchase 1000 sq.ft.2 BHK flat in Chinchawad. Please suggest good builder and cost of the property.

I will suggest you Chinchwad as it is well connected by road and rail network. It has strong economic drivers like IT, manufacturing and automobile sector. It is well connected to Pune City via the old Pune-Mumbai-Highway. It offers property that offers affordability, amenities and infrastructure and also great returns as they come at reasonable rates today. The mid-segment housing draws maximum attention of home buyers. Those properties are available within Rs. 3100-5600/sq-ft. depending upon the size of the unit. This demand is coming from IT professional, manufacturing and automobile sector who desires to buy spacious apartments away from the city congestion and that too at a affordable price.

Which all banks offering loan and the expected date of possession? What is the current residential property rate is going on in the locality?

Bank loan is under process as the paper work has finished and they are waiting for the approvals. But the date of possession will be October-November'2015 as per their sales manager.

The current residential price trend in the locality is between Rs. 5250-5450/sq-ft.

What are the various sizes available in 3BHK and its current price per square foot? Is it a high rise apartment? How many lifts are there in it? What is total nos of unit developing under this project?

Annex by Navkar Associates offers 3 BHK residential apartment from 1400-1776 sq-ft. and the price per square feet is Rs. 6300.

No, it is G+4 story apartment consists 10 units. There are only one lift in it.

Chinchwad comes under PCMC. It situated on the old Mumbai–Pune Highway in the heart of Pimpri-Chinchwad which is one and a half hours from Navi Mumbai.

Navakar Annex is a PCMC approved project and all the necessary approvals are in place. But they are waiting for the bank approvals as the paper work has done.
