Issues with owning a property in Ayyappa Society

Q: Hi, I am planning to buy a flat in Ayyappa Society. Builders said that the banks do not give loans and cash payment needs to be made. What all are the problems faced and would there be any issues going forward if property is owned here. Request your inputs.
