Because of the already established infrastructure such as IT SEZs, Airport and Outer Ring Road the demand for residential will never fall in these areas. Even though Telangana is now divided from Andhra Pradesh, for investors who are expecting returns within 1-2 years, Hyderabad still is a good bet. Andhra Pradesh now has got many incentives for better development, But for now Hyderabad is the safe bet.
