How would you rate Gopalan as a builder?

Q: Hi,
I am looking to buy Gopalan Atlantis. I saw some bad reviews about other Gopalan properties, one of these was about Gopalan Grandeur. I would like to get an unbiased opinion about the builder.
1. Was there any delay in completing the project? If yes, by how much?
2. What is the quality of the materials used? Is there any complaints like leakage?
3. How good is the maintenance? Is the area clean, and the facilities like swimming pool well maintained?
4. How good is the dealing?

Please help me clear my doubts about this builder.

Gopalan builder or Gopalan properties has developed some of the finest homes in Bangalore. You can easily get information about their previous or completed projects. Choose two to five apartments and visit there to see their building quality. You can also contact some of its residents where they will share their experience with you which will be very helpful for you in dealing with builder and if any delay.
