progress of the project

Q: I have booked a row house in phase 5 of this project in December 2009.Now it is being told by the builder that they are not getting the permission for the project due to the high tension wire passing through this project.Anyone having some info or member of the phase 5 who is aggrieved like me may contact me on email nilima.gothe@yahoo.in

Hi Nilima,

If builder says that they are not getting the permission for the project due to the high tension wire, ask him what next... if he has no alternate solution he should pay back your money with interest. You can seek your legal expert help for the same.
