However, just check your agreement. Is there any clause of delay penalty. In case of delay in possession of your flat, you can file a suit in consumer redressal forum against the builder for deficiency in service and ask for the interest on your invested amount. Just wait for the said possession date. Don'r pay any further amount until you get the possession of your flat.
