Hi Sarveshbisen, Yes I have booked a flat in this property. I also got the same update for 25th Sept.....but builder has gives lots of dates before from last 6 - 8 months. About service tax as far as I know service tax is applicable for all payments after April 2010....but there is a stay on this this notification as of now.

Exactly, there is a stay on Service Tax as well as VAT, so we should not be paying that .. and even if Service Tax is applicable it is as you said applicable only for payments/services offered post FY 09-10. Whats your Flat number , Mine is 1903 !

HI Prashant , Have you booked a flat there .. I too have and the new date given now is Sept15.. However now builder has come informed that Service Ta will be applicable, i think it is not .. please reply if you want to discuss.
