I think, Parimala Ivory by CMRS Builders is completely sold out. You can look out for other options by the same builder in AECS Layout.

Hi,

There are only 4 three BHKs in the apartment, all of which have been sold. However, a few 2 BHKs are still vacant on 4th and 5th floor. This property is located in AECS Layout. Take right from Cosmos and then again a right from Ragam Stores, go half a KM straight and the property is on the left side. The property is located in a very nice locality from where everything is easily accessible. Hypercity, Kundalhalli gate, Cosmos, Reliance, Namdhari, etc. are some of the landmarks situated very near to the property. It also has gym and club house.
