Common mistake in real estate investment is investing without proper research about property or locality. Number of factors to consider from planning type of property to source of fund for EMI and maintenance of property. Some of the common factors include 1. Not planning before investment, 2. No trust in realtors, 3. Fixed set of ideas, 4. Money, 5. Paying more than what it is worth.
