Hi Ajay.. River Residency sounds very interesting. Just went through its brochure. Does it really provide all the features and amenities as it is written? Please provide me with more details on the same if you get to know anything more. My budget is 35-50 lacs. Thank you. Abhishek

I recently saw some really catchy hoardings of a residential project in Pimpri - Chinchwad called River Residency. It’s offering a lot of interesting amenities, including even Boating!
I found the hoarding design innovative —a striking mosaic of the amenities, cutely illustrated with a shopping Bag, Ball and an Oar!
I wonder if the Builder is really going to provide all this!
