If you want to book then book flat upto 8th floor only as there is no floor approval after 8th

Hi,

This one is good project to invest. Very professional builder and good progress have been done so far since i booked the flat in Sep'10.

Currently builder is quoting 4300/feet but you can hard negotiate with him about 4150/feet and lesser. I think he will give you in and around that price.

total cost will arnge from 46 lakh - 52 Lakh depending upon area of you flat. This cost excludes service and vat.
