Will IBM and City Municipal Corporation can execute the plans made by them?

Q: I heard that IBM along with City Municipal Corporations together are making plans to clean up some of the cities and also to improve the health department, public safety agencies, energy resources and many other plans. When they are planning to come up with the idea?

IBM, one of the well known company dealing with global info-tech collaborating with the City Municipal Corporations wants to clean the city and transform them into smart cities, even they are planning to put an IBM Intelligent Operation center in all the cities to help the city gain holistic view of information about the agencies. The director of the IBM India and South Asia software group said that they want to make the city diverse and aims to improve the health department, safety agencies and many other upcoming plans. Hence the IBM is looking foward to hear from the city municipal corporation and get started with the plans to the earliest in India.
