Any reason for HDIL Metropolis project delay?

Q: I am an owner at HDIL Metropolis Andheri West. The progress on this project has come to a standstill for the last 6-8 months. This quite worrying keeping in mind the delay that is happening. Any reason for this delay? kindly advise. Have been told by the site office staff that now things are back to normal and progress will improve. However there is nothing to show for this.

I am also a flat owneer and i recently went down to the site, i found no work being done and site people were giving vague replies

I think we all flat owners should form a private group on yahoo and discuss these matters and then we will have a better view. Right not w the site sales people are not giving any proper information.

HDIL Metropolis originally had sanction for 27 floors and now they are making 31 floors. They have still not got the CC for additional floors and that is holding up the entire work. However the work till 25 floor is happening and 19 floors are ready from inside too

thanks suresh for ur kind reply. however whenever i have passed the site i have found the construction work down and out. a few workers can be found loitering around. as to the latter part of your post, would appreciate other residents reading same, to come forward with their latest information on this subject. thank you.

Hi Harvinder,
There was a standstill in the initial months of 2011. But now the construction is in full swing and some of the apartments in the project are about to get completed. Please confirm with other residents about the construction update and the completion date.
