Status of flat booked in Gr noida Panchsheel greens-II

Q: I have booked a flat in greater noida panchsheel greens Last year and paid 20% of cost under construction linked plan. The Builder has not asked for further payments since 10 months due to farmers dispute. Pl. tell us what is the status whether we will get the flat in time or we have to claim refund

Hi Devendra,
The current situation regarding the dispute in Noida is still not clear. Some farmers ahve accepted the compensation and some are still standing for their land. It all depends on the court orders. Some builders say the worst is over and market is getting back while others say the worse is yet to happen. Till then have a talk with all the other buyers of the property and speak with the builder.
