Hi,

Builders office contacted us to inform the first two towers possession will commence from Nov.

All the best. Apparently the rest of the flats will be handed over soon afterwards (1 Year ??)

We visited the site office a week back, the first 2 towers are almost ready, electric grid connection is still awaited. The road construction inside has started. Possession is expected by June - July this year. Present rate is 6500 for first 2 towers which will increase to 8000 - 8500 on possession.

The Wig Brother web-site now indicates completion date at March 2013 and the present market rate for first two towers is 6000/ Ft2 for which we have ppty dealers aggressively looking for customers.

The land-bank, right opposite Ardee Mall now has bill-boards indicating "site reserved for Appu-Ghar" (Theme-Park). This gives a huge upside potential of another 20% to the price due to a theme park right across the road.

Hold on-to your flats, this is a potential gold mine which after possession will give you at-least 10,000/ Ft2

As per wig brother's site http://www.wigbrothers.com/projectgo.htm date for completion is Oct 2013. Does HUDA give completion certificate tower by tower. Otherwise all the electrical wiring will get damaged w/o current in it.
If tower by tower completion certificate is given, we can hope for possession. This can prevent damage to flats already complete.
Is somebody in touch with the builder? can we take help of some news channel to cover and hence create some pressure?

need a clarification, pl help:
HUDA only gives 'completion certificate' to project as in whole. That means builder can not offer possession in phases & eventually everybody has to wait till the entire projects is completed. Which by current speed may take 2 more years.

wig brothers the contractor, has updated the date by june 2012. even the staff on site was hopeful for a year or more.

During the last meeting with Ardee management on 19 Oct 201, it was indicated that towers B3/B4 are likely to be handed over in Jan 2012 and subsequently 2 towers after every 2/3 months. The infrastructure work is progressing.
