Nanded City to be build by Satish Magar is cheating people. Please be cautious.

Q: One of the Popular Housing Project in Pune named "Nanded City" to be build by Satish Magar is cheating with people like me.

I booked 1 BHK flat in Nanded City Project in the building called Mangal-BHairav and also committed in written that the possesion date as July 2011. Our problem is that Nov 2011 is passing and neither we received possesion nor any commitment.

I request IBN Lokmat to take this issue in News Paper and New Channels so that Satish Magar will wake up from sleep.

This problem is not of mine only, their are thousands of peoples worried and helpless due to fear of the builders likes Satish Magar.

I can understand your situation but delaying the project is not cheating this you should talk to builder and come up with right deadline. I would recommend you to take this as an advantage an talk with developer and tell him to give a deadline or date when you will get possession. Seek your legal expert help and make a compensation clause where you will get compensation if it further delayed.

Thank you for alerting new buyers who are not aware of these things about builder. If possible make a group or team of property owners for initiating faster completion. Wish you all the best for faster completion
