Home loan stopped by SBI.

Q: I want to take a home loan for buying a site in Hoskote which comes under HPA-BMRDA. Before 3 months the bank people said they will give the loan but now when I went for the loan they said they have stopped giving loan. Can anyone tell me why they have stopped giving home loans?

There can be many reason for not giving the home loan by SBI bank like may be the approval by BMRDA overdated than two years, may be thye have submitted fake or defective documents etc. To know the exact reason it is better if you contact the BMRDA office.
