Planning to invest in New town Rajarhat.

Q: I was planning to invest in New town Rajarahat, as I have seen many builders and developers are coming up with lot of project in that area. Is it a good idea to invest in such area with an appreciation of 15% PA?

The investment in this area seems to be profitable, may be 15% is slightly high. But in lonag term it is expected that you should get 12% to 14% appreciation.
