Dear Srinivasan,
I am one such person stuck up with l 308 for which progress is dismal. I also have received the veiled threat letter from Mantri for which I had sent a suitable reply refusing to shift to Alpyne. Based on my friend from BLR advice the Alpyne is located in a difficult area which is far away. No habitat appears to have developed in the area and it will take 5 years for that area to develop.Hence I have rejected the offer to go to Alpyne.Serenity is pretty expensive as it costs around 1Crore.R.Narayanan

This is Srinivasan Radhakrishnan L 1005, am perplexed with the recent flurry of mails ( 3 mails in the last 4-5 days) from Mantri developers requesting response on whether I want to move to Mantri Serenity. I am one of the persons booked for flat L-308 at Mantri tranquil. I am in a quandry as to whether L Block would come at all or we4 should opt for Mantri Alpyne which is in Banashankari 5th Stage.I have no idea of whatsoever nature as to where this place is? Any land marks?Can anyone help me? Howevever, i would abide with the common decision of L block apt owners. Let us sail/sink together.
